dexterious with my right but I masturbate with my left what is wrong with me oh GOD

Woah hey look a new question

I think that mechanical feels better but I'll use both.

rubber dome? what am i, gay?

of course im using mechanical

I prefer these really flat and slim keyboards like the Red Dragon Korura K502. But if I had to choose one of those bulky keyboards, then Mechanical. Preferably the Cherry MX Blue

Me too, but those keys on the one you linked are grossly spaced, just like the Mac keyboards.

I currently use a Logitech K740

But I'm looking at getting a SteelSeries Apex 350

Since the keys are so slim, they have to use rubber domers. I REEAAALLY don't like the loud clickyness of mechanicals.

if you use a model m your technically using rubber domes
let that sink in

What do you mean by that? The spacing on them is near the same as any other gaming keyboard, just this is slimmer with thin af keys so it makes it look like it's wider spaced.

Depending on what type of Cherry MX switch you get, you can get ones that are no louder than any other rubber dome keyboard (Cherry MX browns are a good example of this.)

generally i'm okay with either, i like the feedback on mechanical but don't like the clicky sound

so i'd probably get like mx browns on my keyboard, which i know are considered bad

mechanical is the best

There's visible gapping between the keys, and the keys are perfect squares, all surfaces parallel or perpendicular to the keyboard. Its not ergonomic at all. I hate the Mac keyboard.

Got this, it's really good. Unfortunately if you are rough on your keyboards it might not be a good choice--it's extremely fragile. The two edge pieces that go over the light broke off recently, and the two rubber keyboard stands got tugged off almost instantly. These haven't really affected my use--they were mostly just aesthetic.

I like it because it's extremely long. I can put it between the arm-rests on my chair and put my feet up on the desk for extreme comfort. To use it properly you'll need the SteelSeries Engine, which can be a pain to install and use. Once you get it though, it's really customizable and you can do a LOT with the macros. I bound my m1-12 keys to copypastas and ascii faces, and mx1-mx10 to game keybinds, like the button combos to open certain menus.

It's a really good keyboard, and it's not very loud. Sadly it isn't mechanical, but the differences between dome and mechanical keyboards have never been huge for me, so I'm okay with it. The keys pop out easily and are easy to clean.

Idk if this is common, but my ESC key has to be pressed really hard in order to register. I've learned to just press it hard though.

Probably my favorite keyboard ever, just for it's comfort (I don't use a wristpad so the in-built one is very nice) and it's length means I can very comfortably hang it over my lap. I usually like to sit in a position where my legs rest on the desk and my keyboard is in my lap, and that's not nearly as easy with another.
