Yeah, this is pretty cringe worthy. But the rest of the content of her speech didn't seem to be word for word.
I'd give her a little slack since a lot of non native English speakers often do word for word plagiarism. I saw that in my speech class with loads of non native English speakers. It doesn't excuse it but it's a decent explanation for why it happened.
Someone should've at least proofread it but I don't think if anyone who read it instantly remembered Michelle Obama's speech.

iirc south africa was ahead of it's time during an industrial age that revolved around reason rather than religion. north of africa really doesn't provide anything super benificial to the country other than the usual agriculture.
