[Server] Clear player's vehicles on leave

[Kyuande]

A script that clears non-admins' vehicles when they leave the server. Useful for things like CityRPGs, FortWars, etc.

$Pref::Server::ClearVehicles_ExcludeAdmins (default is 1) - Admins will get their vehicles cleared on leave if they are not excluded
$Pref::Server::ClearVehicles_MessageAll (default is 0) - Message everyone how many vehicles were cleared when the person leaves

Holy molasses this is useful for vehicle driving servers. Gone are the days of the admins having to destructo wand vehicle spawns because the owner of them left the server.
