Franco and Darren have not finished their moves, so the turn advancement will wait 12 hours. Basically, as long as at least half of players haven't taken their turn, there will be a 12 hour grace period before you lose it. If it's less than a majority, I'll still give it some time, but not as long. If we have quite a few players and only one is missing their turn after an hour or two, I'm just going to skip it.
