Good thing the question was directed at the server's gameplay, and not the server's creators. That's like saying you hate Apple because Steve Jobs made it. It don't make sense.
I prefer one server over the other if I am in a different mood. If I want to play simon says, or play some occasionally 'fun' games controlled by a singular person, I will play Crown's. If I want more of a TDM-type server, I will play Tezuni's. But both are pretty reliable in terms of accessibility, and Freekill management is handled well on both servers.

prisoners can respawn multiple times in a round
gameplay consisted of waves of attempts to either take down a sniper tower or break through the wall
side quests involved attacking the guard dog to get the key and unlock bronson, the buff prisoner that can take a couple sniper hits

strategy involved and no stupid guard issues - you shot prisoners on sight and prisoners stupid enough to get themselves killed would have to wait 5 or so minutes for a respawn

I prefer Tezuni's. Crown's feels a bit to much like the Prison Escapes they have in Gmod with Warden's that you have to obey or get killed.

i prefer tezuni's. crown's is too overcrowded, takes far longer for the game to end, and the officers can be handicapped in more annoying ways than just freekilling. also the title "jailbreak" is misleading, because you never even break out.

tezuni's uses the simplistic method of finding hidden keys and weapons and making sure the guards dont catch you/kill all guards, a much more adrenaline-inducing and easy gamemode to get used to

I recall a really old jail escape that I used as the standard for all of the ones I created. The premise wasn't about roleplaying being in prison; it was about escapeing, plain and simple. The first thing you had to do was get out of the actual prison, you could do this by picking at any of the walls with a chisel of sorts you could make from scrap. You could take lunch trays and use them like body armor and you could take buckets and make makeshift helmets to protect you from sniper fire. You could dig tunnels but you'd have to watch out for the dogs. If you wanted to escape you had to unite, it wasn't just a one man thing.

I made a bunch of jail escapes that followed that basic idea; and I'd say its the ideal way to have a "jail escape".

Crowns is probably better imo.
