im pretty sure he got banned for being repeatedly problematic without having outright broken any rules. the general consensus from the vote was that he should be banned, but i don't think that the vote was the reason he was banned.

Okay I must have missed that. I just knew that the petition was going on the same time(or close to it) as igloos's ban(good riddance btw)

From my experience with him recently he isn't as near as obnoxious or annoying anymore. Piecrust changed, Jitank won't.
