Nicest person was probably Magick Mage. I'm not sure he ever got heated with anyone.

But I don't know what merit qualifies someone as best.

Rotondo does a lot for the community via moderating, and he worked on the game itself. He's also a genuinely nice and funny person, so in my books he hits all the requirements.
