I would say Badspot but he hasn't done a whole lot recently outside of moderating this cesspool
I wasn't really around for Mocheeze so I can't really comment on that. This goes for alot of people on this list
Was RTB really a good enough feature to be considered the best? Or are you going off his puppy and kitten nature on the forums?
I don't really know Ghost's maps were pretty enjoyable
