i saw it and i thought it was loving handicapped
It definitely wasn't handicapped, just not great. 6.5/10

There were a few scenes that definitely worked, and a lot that definitely didn't.
Why would you watch something like this with your mom?
Uh, I wouldnt. I didn't know she bought tickets.

my opinion on both the original and the new Ghostbusters is that they are terrible movies
The original isn't terrible by any reasonable means.

wait what did ozzy have a cameo?
After that rock scene when Kate McKinnon smashes the guitar, it randomly cuts to a drunk-looking Ozzy who falls to his knees screaming "MY GUITAAAAAAR!"

idk about you, but have you ever been to school and heard of a little something called opinion?

What does that have to do with watching a feminist movie with your mother?

it seems like it'd be a decent movie
not anything special but not too bad

the way OP described it makes me want to watch it even less

Uh...manufactured on controversy?

It was a sub-par movie that relied... on manufactured controversy

i can assure you people dislike the movie because the movie sucks stale ass, not because they hate women

Billy Murry wasn't very good in his role. He looked really depressed or something lol.
Well, he was threatened under a lawsuit if he didn't promote the movie, so can you blame him?

A transcript was leaked forcing Bill Murray to be in the movie or there is a potential lawsuit.

What would they do to him though?

So now I know that McZealot is full of it.

Not a single loving joke was set up. The movie used so many loving jump-cuts between completely irrelevant scenes without any explanation or pacing. The comedy was forced and actors felt uncomfortable on set.

It was a total load of trash anybody claiming it's "good" didn't actually loving see the film. forget off.

I actually made a joke somewhere saying like "I bet when SJWs see the movie they are going to pretend to enjoy it and pretend like they liked it no matter how bad it is"

are we not entitled to our own opinions or do we have to conform to yours

Anyone who considers this movie terrible has never seen a terrible film. I hold films to a high standard and even I would rarely rate an AAA film below 6. Battlefield Earth isn't even the worst, just some of the worst of so-bad-it's-good. I'd probably give it a 2.5.

I've absolutely never said this and I personally find Sony's marketing tactics despicable

What the hell? Chill dude

I mean, I could write the exact same thing in response to your comment. I never said you had to conform to my opinions
