Plop spams his un-packaged faces. They are mostly just a picture taken from internet or just some drawing that took few seconds to make. Also the pictures almost always are wrong size.

first of all everything but the face needs to be completely transparent

then you shouldn't just use the line tool and shape tool to make simple things like this and call it a day, they need to actually look nice on a blockhead

lastly they should be prepackaged, like look at other decals people have posted here as an example both in the art and the packaging

the problem is that is the wrong size. It has to be the right size to work.
