The only villains who survived weren't even as hard as Saitama can actually punch.  ONE, the creator of OPM, has said that Saitama's hardest punch possible is as strong as half of the big bang.  So that's interesting, but unless Saitama wanted to destroy the world he probably couldn't punch as hard as that.
