Author Topic: Every headphone I get, breaks.  (Read 1127 times)

So everytime I get a headphone as the OP says it breaks. Now I understand why it breaks, because I keep on chewing on the damn wire, so recently I got 2 new headphones, but now I'm not going to chew on the headphones. Not even loving two weeks after get these headphones, the first one breaks and I didn't even chew on it or do anything to harm it, now only one ear works. fiddling with wire kinda gets the other ear to work. This is the headphone I have https://www.amazon.com/Sound-Intone-Lightweight-communication-Stretchable/dp/B00QIR8WTA. The second one (https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-ClearChat-Cancelling-Microphone-Headphones/dp/B000UXZQ42) is starting to break and I don't know what the forget is going on, I haven't chewed on nor done any harm to it, so what do you think?

You have the magic touch.

Unless if you're constantly moving around, catching the wires on stuff, etc, that'll wear out the wire

plus those headphones are cheapo ones so that's also another problem

yeah I've had the exact same problem and this stuff really plays a factor
plus try not to bend them too sharply

YOU'VE GOT THE TOUCH
YOU'VE GOT THE POWER!

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAH!

My advice is to just not buy headsets. They break really easily for me too and it's just because the microphones are pretty weak. I'd recommend getting a USB microphone for communication and separate headphones.

I can relate, but in my situation I have a big problem with earbuds, I've lost the count of how many I've bought and the one I have now the left one is broken and I can only listen to music on the right side..

oh my god you're just like me
i chew the wires all the time and there's nothing i can do to help it

Earbuds sucks ass. You're better off getting headphones from national production that lasts more.

Not always, I have had some that sound as great as 40+ or more dollar headphones

Ohhhhh..... I thinks that's the problem, because at night I like moving a lot with my headphones.

get headphones with braided cables

Get some headphones with a replaceable wire. It's usually a standard for non-terrible headphones.

Earbuds can be great. I wish I had a pair so I didn't have to haul around headphones on trips.
