since i'm not sure how far most people look into the news stories/watch the videos, i feel i should also mention that the murder happened in the morning (what part of the morning im not exactly sure, it ranges from 3 AM to 6 AM, so the following about the lone road & middle of the night may be inaccurate), not some 'down a lone road in the middle of the night' type thing. and, from what i've heard, northwest D.C. isn't too bad of a part of D.C.

though of course crime isn't exclusive to the night

I only mentioned it because it really seemed as though he absolutely couldn't stand the thought that there could be foil play involved. Why DOES he need "X" need to be the case?

on top of that, I don't appreciate that you're framing my inquiry as a "tactic" resulting from a fear of getting involved in deeper discussion. it merely seemed like he did not want people thinking about that particular possibility

Hillary Clinton orders a hit on Harambe the Gorilla. What could this gorilla have known? Let's look at the facts. #richardsoutforharambe is the phrase used to immortalize this gorilla, but the answer is really right in front of us. Harambe was working with Seth Rich to release the DNC emails, and needed to get word to his comrade to let the emails loose. Harambe faked his death and planted #richardsoutforharambe on twitter. Rich (=richard) took this as the signal, and was subsequently shot. Harambe is on a beach in the bahamas right now, living it up under the Clinton's protection.

if this were done by the DNC, they would try to make it look like a robbery by taking his stuff. they would make it appear to be a happenstance crime. they wouldn't be so careless.

he also had nothing left to say. the full leak is public now. there was no reason to silence him.

remember who we're talking about right now in terms of carelessness

putting in my own two cents here, they may very well have not taken anything that could potentially become evidence, so that now all it can ever be is speculation

i feel it's not much of a coincidence though that a DNC staff member that was the source of the DNC leak was shot with no obvious motive right after the major wikileaks-DNC commotion

gonna be honest, i doubt this was an assassination planned by the DNC/clintons. it seems a lot more likely that he was either in a bad part of town (DC is very dangerous) or someone who disliked him for some reason (perhaps for the DNC leak) got angry and came after him. If some crazy DNC intern shoots the dude in rage it doesn't mean it's an assassination

why would he be shot down by an angry DNC intern/supporter in july not too long after the DNC leaks, though? it wasn't even thought of that seth rich was the source of the DNC leaks until today when assange started to make big hints about it

on another note, why was this dude who leaked the DNC just walking around DC? i guess his actions weren't criminal or what?

to also answer this and to put more emphasis on it, almost nobody would've been able to know he was the data leak source. he was murdered on july 10th, while assange never hinted he was the source until today, just about a month after his death. it's very, very unlikely this was a flustered DNC supporter/intern trying to get revenge for the leaks, because how would they know he was the one? he was a staffer for the DNC, it'd be more likely if the higher-ups in the DNC knew about this first before their lowly interns did.
