I use one of those synthetic loofah scrub things, the ones that are like a loofah ball, usually with a rope and plastic sucker to stick it to the wall.
I have no idea what they're actually called. When I bought one it was called a 'shower rose' or something similar, but my mum calls it a 'buff-puff', which is apparently the name for another type of body product.
We used to have washcloths (they're called flannels in the UK) when I was a child. When my parents used to bath me and my brothers they would wet a flannel, fold it, and lay it across our eyes and face. They would do this so they could shampoo and rinse our hair without getting the soap in our eyes.
I think we probably still have them in our airing cupboard but we don't really use them anymore. Although I think my mum did use an exfoliating cloth before.
