Would be in literal translation "Ya Zhiv ..... Privet" given my very broken knowledge of the russian language and the cyrillic alphabet
According to google translate, "Я Жив, Привет" would translate to "Im Alive, Hello!"
Btw, the name of the guy in the pic is Andras Arato
