Should I make a tumblr account?

I only really follow art blogs, memers (i'm looking at you, ottosparks) and the occasional research blog, so I don't get to see much of the "bad side" of tumblr

you'll only find those types of people if you go waay out of your way to find them

Nobody is stopping you, but please avoid the SJW side of Tumblr like the plague.

I enjoy it. I would recommend getting the xkit extension because the vanilla site is always going through some bullstuff.

Also the mobile app still sucks kinda.

yeah i guess i could just follow those that i like, like memers and artists and research, so yeah, thanks for the advice

i'll just avoid those sides and try it out
