Actually, if you read the whole text on the top, you can also be a character and take part in the story! thanks for keeping this alive, I want to make a different forum game, where the "players" also become a full character on the storyline!
OT:
After seeing the dinosaurs, we all were speechless. Who knows what can be further into the island. I looked at Nico and told him:
-Nico, we should return to the boat and tell Englehorn about this. We should bring the whole team then, we cant just return to mainland now. We have been paid and we need to complete that darn movie though. Lets go.
-No. We have a mission to accomplish, and its getting into the island. If not, we can later be attacked by something and not be prepared for it. If we inform the team, then we will know what are we facing.
-You are right, We can return to the boat later.
We kept walking into the center of the island. It felt really hard and tiring to do. There was some force that was making us give up. Like a rumbling. Like if it was something real heavy. But then, it stopped. It all returned like it was before. No shaking, no stuff. I have my guess of it being an earthquake or something.
-Mr Schmidt! Mr. Wynand! Look at that!
-Is that... Human Fencing?... Like, Electrical fences?
-It looks so. Jack, we must enter even more deeper. There may even be a whole civilization here!
But right in that moment, the rumbling started again. But it sounded like something. It was getting nearer. It FELT nearer than before.
-What in hell is this darned it rumbling!-Jimmy said, scared
-Hold on Jimmy!-I tried to calm him down.
Nico then looked between two hills that were near us and whispered
-Sshhh! *He put his finger on his mouth* look there! dont try anything, dont move!
He pointed to the hills. I looked there instantly.
I understood why instantly.
There it was, staring at us directly. It was a Tyrannosaurus. That thing was around 6 times bigger than me. It then sniffed the air, and started coming to us. Not running, but walking calmly. Each stomp felt like an earthquake. That thing would be even heavier than 3 african elephants. Despite this, he could move swiftly from side to side, and get in an esbelt pose, like humans, real easily. he did this sometimes, stopping to look at us at a higher angle. It then was right infront of us. He lowered himself and his whole head and stopped at Jimmy. He started sniffing all of him. Jimmy did a little sound and whispered:
-stuff!...
Then the T-Rex got surprised. He got himself in an esbelt pose again, looking at Jimmy. He realized we were living beings and not objects, and emitted a roar, a roar so deep and scary at the same time that hurt my ears. It attempted to bite Jimmy, but he turned to me right in that moment, only to slightly push myself and run
-RUN! JUST RUN!
Thats what I did. I looked back and saw it was right behind me, so I sprinted for the sake of god and got ahead of Nico and Jimmy. We turned around a hill to confuse him, but he just kept chasing us. I got the brilliant idea of going around the trees to slow him down, and thats just what we did to get back to the rowboat. It just took a few seconds to get back there, but it seemt like an eternity.
We finally got to the boat. I held on and let Jimmy get first, then me and finally Nico. We rowed as fast as we could. We got trough the Stegosaurus and Triceratops herd quickly. The Rex tried to catch us, but we were far away enough for him to loose interest and gain it on the herd.
After we finally got to the ship, Nico helped Jimmy to get up. Once on the deck, he told me
-Go tell everything to Englehorn. I will try to calm him down.
I could hear Jimmy slightly weeping. It was a real intense situation, and the poor kid wasnt too ready for it. I got up and told Englehorn about the whole dinosaur stuff, and the attack. He couldnt believe it, so he said:
So thats why Denham wanted to come to the island... We must return and finish that darn movie already!
CHOOSE WHAT SHOULD JACK DO:
a) Wait for tomorrow, to be full prepared and armed
b) Go instantly to the island with all the men and weapons
