Certain species of animals can change their love, biologically.

Humans cannot loving do this. And no, a love change operation is not the same as biologically changing your love.

love change operations is mutilation and the end result is non functional reproductive parts. Until love change operations get better and you can be implanted with reproductive organs then yes with the help of technology it is possible to change your love.

Until then for humans love/gender is all smoke and mirrors.
