blatantly morally wrong

Storing a digital image of somebody on your mobile phone. "Blatantly morally wrong". Who's even coming up with these rules?

never stopped trying to be nice, just toned it down so it wasn't like the main shtick of this account or whatever. as i said, it would just come off as disingenuous.
so because nobody knew it was you, your words were sincere..?
why does it matter if they know who you are? does being incognito make you more sincere??

seriously the only thing i'm getting from you is "i was just acting nice so i could be popular"

never stopped trying to be nice, just toned it down so it wasn't like the main shtick of this account or whatever. as i said, it would just come off as disingenuous.that's exactly the problem. i figured people would dislike me even more once they found out my previous identity because they'd just assume it was some extravagant trolling attempt, so i toned it down and just kinda acted more normally. hell when it was revealed i noticed that at least a handful of people were already finding negative things about my attempts to be nice, thus why i toned it down.i know its on me for continuing the argument for the most part, but i gave you the means to immediately stop the argument. like i would admit i was wrong, because i literally was, i misinterpreted your post, along with the implication that i intended to continue if you did not go through to simple process of answering me as to whether it was a joke or not, because i thought what you were doing, it you weren't joking, was blatantly morally wrong. instead, you made the conscious decision to instead keep baiting me.
I don't get why you think I have to explain my background picture to you. "Hey I'll stop being handicapped if you explain your irrelevant background picture to me. Oh yeah, if you don't it's your fault for letting me continue to act stupid." I gave you your chance to stop but you continued. When it comes down to it, this topic and the 9 pages in the other are all because of you. Like you said, no one was interested in my original thread and it could have died off after I said "Stop stuffposting and get back on track."

that's an oversimplification. it was his home screen, meaning he would see that picture every time he opened his phone, which wouldnt be a problem, if he hadn't said "its a hot pic of this girl in a bikini who i secretly have a crush on" imagine some guy you dont know probably whackin it to a picture of you and starting at it constantly, on the daily. sounds pretty creepy, right? sorta like an invasion of your privacy. again, this is not the case, just explaining why i thought it WOULD be morally wrong

because if people knew who i was, i figured they would assume i wasn't being sincere, even though i was. this thought process was backed by people instantly reacting negatively towards my attempts to be nice once they found out my previous identity, so i toned it down. i didn't want people to think i was insincere, because i figured that would be worse than just posting relatively normally. not sure what i'm not explaining right about the situation.

you of course were not obligated to explain it to me, but i was by no means obligated to stop either. i really thought something forgeted up was going on, and i genuinely wanted to dissuade you from what i thought you were doing, and of course it's gonna look stupid as hell now that everyone knows its a joke, but i'm really not sure what's wrong with trying to convince someone to not do something that is considered, by most normal people's standards, really abnormal behavior.

If you were actually concerned about something take it to the PMs or even report me to Badspot. forget it call my local police and tell them I'm "creepy", "terrifying", and a stalker then show them the picture and the quote they'll loving laugh at you.

So the action you took to dissuade him was to call him terrifying, creepy, and a stalker. Classy way to attempt to reach someone.

once again i had a feeling that you were joking, so i would never take it that far, hence why i repeatedly pressed you to ask if you were joking or not.

i tried explaining this before, but what i was trying to convey in those posts was that "if you are serious, that's really forgetin creepy" or more specifically "your behavior is really creepy/stalkery" i was trying to take on more of investigative tone, and the more slaer responded in a way that blatantly ignored what i was trying to say, the more i thought "this guy could actually be acting like a creep right now" which, as you can tell, invested me into the topic because it was forgetin worrying. near the end he just gave up and stopped trying to re-rail the thread, so i figured i wasn't going to ever get a response out of him, so i figured forget it, i dont care anymore.

then the drama thread started and we know how that's going so far

I have nothing to say lol

he has voted in 29 polls and is most active between 10am and 2am, with some scattered activity in the 3am and 8am hours.
that motherforgeter

I have nothing to say lol
what don't you have to say? the main reason i pressed on was to figure out of you were actually being serious, and you wouldn't answer me, which again would have been unfathomably easy for you to do. your responses worried me even more, so whether intentional or not, you were baiting the forget out of me. i was way too invested to turn back until i got a clear answer as to whether you were serious or not, but eventually i realized an answer wasn't gonna happen.

Oversimplification? "Blatantly morally wrong" is more than an overstatement. 'Creepy' is an overstatement. It's not even a lewd pic or loveual in any way, nor did you have any reason to believe it was other than your misinterpretation of a joke. Which is, yknow, your fault.

What are you? The loving internet police? How is it your business to investigate anything at all? Here's a hot tip since you're obviously socially disabled: accusing someone of being a stalker isn't a good way to open a dialogue.

look at me standing right behind her
doesnt even know im there >:)

Slayer, I need you to confirm that this obvious joke is in fact a joke. I'm doing an investigation for my tumblr blog. I'm worried for the safety of my children.

Don't use that word, it legitimately triggers him.

he implied that he found the picture loveually appealing.

listen man if he really had been doing that seriously, i would feel it almost obligatory as a decent human being to say "please dont do that," which i have the power to do on an internet discussion forum.

it most certainly did not start open like that. it only turned into that when i saw what looked like red flags.

in case it wasn't obvious, all the posts where he revealed "it was a joke all along" only came out once the drama thread started. i had no way of knowing it was a joke until then, because i just did not pick up on his Internet Sarcasm. there's nothing anyone could have done to make me pick up on the sarcasm, unless he made it more obvious or clarified it as a joke.

i fail to see how this contributes to literally anything
