I do, I don't even do the toilet-paper seat cover whatever thing, mainly because I'm not sensitive to germs

Only in an emergency. Although  the subway bathrooms are very well maintained if I do say so myself.

But gas station bathrooms with the glory hole, ye, only in extreme emergencies.
