Author Topic: Limitation in resizing images  (Read 974 times)

Heyo, I have a nuisance bothering me that I don't know how to solve. When posting images on the forums I need to resize the images if I've used megashot, though when I do it I hit some sort of limit. I can resize them really small but not bigger than what you see here. Curious if you see the image as the size I've put in or if it's relatively small.

Also while I'm at it, after I've made a post in a forum section it still says it's unread even though my post is the latest post from that forum, I didn't have this before so I don't know what's changed.

-snip-

looks like the max image size is the size of a quote
probably was implemented when the quote size was changed, so as to prevent page stretching

seems like the only way to have an image bigger (and get around the anti-page stretch) is to post an image of the specific size you want, so you don't have to tell the forums to resize it

that was a glitch with an update
I think it started happening around when the forums went from http to https

The [img width=x] thing is limited to 1000. If you need a specific size larger than that then resize the image before uploading and don't use width.

Thank you for the help
