the restriction is mostly if you are able to have a stable 24/7 server, which is not a laptop running it on the wifi

Ok, I ported. I'm not promising smooth gameplay but it's pretty decent. My upload speed is pretty stuff but it could work out. You never know until you try. IP: 190.194.172.114:1337

How do i install this modpack.

Install Minecraft + Forge normally and then dump all of the files in the zip folder inside of your .minecraft folder.
