He PM spammed me in the past with the stupid "night hawk" suggestions that drives me up the wall. Also not to mention for constantly asking to host or for progress on my Addons.

as for your pm ban, it was completely justified and the only person who caused it is you. it might be in the middle of the list, but think before you post is just as much a rule as any other.
