How do I unlock a Topic?

I locked my topic "Ban the user above you" for fears of Jiggy's wrath entering, but now he's (probably) banned. Now I am having trouble unlocking my topic. Does anybody know how to do this? (NOTE: The Modify button in my topic was missing after I locked it which is why I can't unlock it).

Click the in the bottom left hand corner.

Honestly, when forum Self Deletes occur, you don't really need to lock your topics as all of the posts get removed anyway, but I guess if people are actively using your thread whilst it's going on I assume you could lock it.
