Got some nasty computer viruses and I'm not convinced they are all gone

earlier tonight I got some pretty horrible viruses that slowed my computer to a halt. Although I think I got the majority of them off my computer I think there are still some lingering since my computer isn't booting to my account as fast as it did earlier. here are the virus removers I tried

SUPERantispyware
Malwarebytes
ADWcleaner
Combofix (the only one that seemed to remove the important viruses, thank god I stuck with Windows 7)
HitmanPro
MSE

Any suggestions on other ones I can use to remove any lingering motherforgeters?

Thats the thing I don't know if there are any left. Nothings showing up on any of the antiviruses listed now, my computers performing alot better then it was. There are no different tasks in Task Manager out of the ordinary. It's just my computers a little slower when booting to my user account which makes me think there is still something there.

Better to be safe than sorry, if you are unsure whether you not you have some left and your pc is slower i recommend a factory reset.

I don't have any backups (shut up, I know) and I haven't created a system restore point in ages

it could be a mental thing.
you were probably really afraid of the viruses messing up your computer permanently. even though they should be gone now, you're paranoid your computer is still infected.
i'd defrag your hard drive and run ccleaner to maybe improve boot time, but i'd wait before doing any resetting.
also check executables like microsoft word and any default windows applications and make sure their filesizes haven't changed from what they're supposed to be. i don't know where to find that information, so you'll have to find it yourself.

Tbh it's good to do a reset every once in a while. I try to do about once a year and backup everything important on cloud/flashdrives.

Back at my IT job, our toolset usually included malwarebytes, ADWCleaner, CCleaner and something else-- I believe it was called RKill or something like that. If the viruses were still around, combofix usually finished the job, but we didn't use it often because it had a strangely nasty habit of loving with certain PCs...

Anyway, my recommendation is to try out CCleaner. Maybe try defragging your hard drives too, it may speed up boot times.

maybe that's because combofix is designed to be super sensitive and will inevitably destroy innocent files
the purpose combofix has is it's a defcon 1 button, it's designed for those scenarios where pc's are so badly infected regular tools can't disinfect them and you can't reinstall windows for whatever reason.
