Author Topic: I bought No Mans Sky on release date and think its good ama  (Read 2419 times)

weeks before the game launed and everyone was in a preorder frenzy. i asked what all there is to do in the game. because i didnt think infinite random worlds equated to new and fun game-play. it seemed like everything that the game had was shown to us in that trailer last year.
and everyone shunned me from discussions.

i ask the same question today and i am still ignored.

here ill answer it:
10 you fly space ship
20 shoot one other space ship once in awhile
30 mine stuff on "cool" randomly generated planets
40 look at cool stuff that never actually becomes relevant later in the game
50 upgrade space ship and mining materials
goto 10

thats the whole game. the center of the galaxy doesnt count as content so that's literally the whole game

as an example of 40: you find this destroyed base and the content on the terminal or whatever was talking about this weird species that came to the planet and ravaged everything on it and how they were spider-like creatures.
except for the fact you never actually get to see these spider-like creatures and the planet wasn't ravaged.
