I use a toaster for my jokes
but what do you run at

(turn motion blur off for starters) to the point where you can see a difference between 30 and 60 fps

That's all fine and dandy but you can't turn off motion blur in real life.

So if you need to turn off motion blur in videogames to notice FPS drops then that's the only way you can notice it.

Doesn't loving work like that in real life.

can i at least turn off vsync

Results are not accurate through a computer screen, you loving know this.

Have to be compared in person.

Comparing two movie trailers on a computer screen is tricky.

First of all the movie trailers could be running at different framerates.

The computer screen might not have enough to register 60 FPS.

How the forget are you going to compare and measure two trailers like this off youtube for frames

Any monitor made in the last 15 years can register 60 fps

ok do you guys think that tony is a toaster or a trolling supercomputer

There really are no "frames" IRL. Frames are pre-rendered pictures shown one-after-another to achieve the illusion of a moving picture. It would have to be relative to the rate that photons reach your eyes.

even if a monitor is inaccurate if it's displaying 60fps then i'm pretty sure you can see 60fps

He's not even a toaster
he's a 1950's portable washing machine
