The government of Gorjkislava was made 5 years after the formation of the city of St. Alenaburg. The order is rather low at times, but due to the heightening "national" pride in the city the government has taken up as many volunteers as they can.

The Avalonian Council continues its efforts to further unify the region, sending envoys and ambassadors to various bordering ethnically Avalonian clans to secure their loyalty.  The Council's overarching authority within Avalonia is becoming more and more entrenched and less and less disputed by clan heads as time passes.

With its increased power security, the Council releases publicly the law code drafted decades earlier.  Given its strong foundations in Avalonian custom, it is widely viewed favorably and directly adopted by the vast majority of local judges (there is no official judiciary, revered men and women, especially the older ones, of a settlement gather to hear and judge cases).

For the time being, effort is placed upon improving infrastructure between the foreign tribes and the League proper. As this will only serve to aid industry, trade, and the safety of travelers, the League primarily works on this using its own coffers. The foreign tribes are, of course, free to offer their input.

The foreign tribes regularly send laborers, since they are not as wealthy at the League outright.  The more wealthy tribes help to fund their own construction ventures.

On the area of today's neslait lived two nations, the jakoguns and the slavakians. The jakoguns developed a special trade network with couple of villages in the area, including some slavakian villages. After some time, a bandit threat invaded the jakogun's land, causing them to call for help. The slavakians responded to the call as a "challange" and after a year or so pushed the bandit threat out of the jakogun's territory, witch lead to years of cooperation between the two lands and even ending in a unification. The tree on the flag represents the tree under witch the leaders of the jakoguns and slavakians united their country as one.
