  • Article I — Conditions
    Offending users that pass these conditions are affected by Article II

      If a user is banned five times for violating forum rules, they are affected by Article II.
    • Section 2 — Three Major Repeat Case
      If a user is banned for spamming images and text en masse at any time with the exception of any provision that allows such for an "April Fool's Day Special", they are affected by Article II.
      • En mass here is described as using over 20 images each on any five posts.
  • Article II — Bans
    The offending user is banned henceforth and forevermore.  Any alternate alias or "alt" that is determined to have the same identity is to be immediately and permanently banned.
