You can set up multiple anchors with different names placed about a single post if that's what you're asking. You can also have multiple iurls going to the same anchor.

Here is also an example of an iurl that links to the OP's anchor which can be helpful to link to something that can't fit on OP or like an announcement - To OP

Speaking of anchors, at the top of OP you should add some anchors with the image of each tag at the top for faster reference but I know that's a lotta anchors to cover.
