My phone was robbed once and I got a call from the feds that they have it and I could go pick it up at the central PD, a few blocks away from my school. It wasn't a sibiling though.

He's homeless, he won't have a car. Even if he did the OP never mentioned a car. Also why would knocking the cars lights out help? Unless he's driving in the dark and can't see where he's going but he probably would have the lights of anyway so the cops couldn't just look for his lights lol.

So, I got home today to my grandfather telling me that my brother came over earlier and tried to take /another/ loving bath. My grandfather responded with, "Wasn't it last time that you asked to take a bath that you stole everything?"
I really hate my brother.

Also, I had helped my grandmother go grocery shopping the other week, and when we were packing the groceries in the car to take 'em home, lo and behold my starfish brother sitting on the bench nearest to our car, glaring at us.

I do have the house keys and my room key, but it doesn't really matter since my room door is so loose that you could kick it open, reguardless of it being locked. We're renting the house, too, so there isn't much we can do about that.

Good lord, really sorry about your situation man, I can understand your fury and rage to kick the stuff out of him but that'll only make things worse.

It's not the only solution, but it seems like it's the best one.

Contact your local police (not 911, call their desk or offices or whatever), and let them know about your brother and that the next time he comes over that you'll signal for them to come over and take em away.

Next time he asks for a bath/shower/food, whatever it is that allows him into your house, let him, seriously, let him walk right in and do whatever. But as soon as he enters and starts doing whatever, call 911 letting them know he's there (if you don't contact them prior to it could be a way longer phone call that your brother might hear, so alert them prior to that you'll be calling in so they know right away what you're talking about), and then they come and arrest him. Simple as that.

If this isn't your ideal solution then that's fine, I get it he's family and all that, but he obviously doesn't see you as such if he's literally pawning all of your belongings.
