"doesn't lag" is a phrase that doesn't really mean anything. I can make an old laptop run probably all of those at a solid 30fps if the settings are low enough.

I don't know if these exist in America but I recentley bought a Pcspecialist prebuilt PC that has a nvidia gtx 950 2 gb and the computer handles every game it can get it's hands on, GTA V runs at a full 60 fps on ultra settings but can stutter a little bit sometimes, NBA2k16 runs at a full 60 fps with everything on ultra it will probably get the job done on anything you want
