For one, I identify with #TeamSeddie. There's just too much in the way of Creddie; Creddie grasps for the straws. Seddie, on the other hand, digs out the true facts. Carly is an ungrateful whore. I will, however, accept the forum's opinions on this matter.
Although, they do have a good argument. Carly compliments Freddie in the webshow ("...our awesome tech producer - and rarely sticky - Freddie Benson..."), calling him awesome. She also doesn't think his "techy-ness" is dorky, actually cute, an early hint that she found him "cukey," even at this point.

Freddie and Sam both seem to be good with technology, as seen in iStakeout, iDate a Bad Boy, iMust Have Locker 239 and iOMG.
Because of Sam's tough demeanor and tomboyish personality (especially in the first and second seasons), it's possible that it's hard for her to express her feelings towards Freddie, often hitting, teasing, and humiliating him because she can't express her feelings in a softer way. It's also possible she wanted to hide her feelings from others including Freddie.
They stand close to each other really often and both don't seem to mind. Often, when they do iCarly, Freddie turns the camera to himself, and Sam then proceeds to turn the camera back to her.
