i think it'd be better to load up the previous build of a block party so there's something for players to explore as well as build on to cough

im pretty sure the actual point of blockparty is to build stuff
it would be nice but we can all agree we probably miss building more than exploring really.
the point of blockparty is to create a whole world together;
rather than just only enjoying its final product.
i won't host blockparty where the only point is to look at an old, finished blockparty.

You know why it does the 1/0 players

When you use RTB Prefs to set it above 32 players, when you restart it sets it to 0 for some reason. I suggest leaving it at 32 so you will never forget to change it back to 99.
