I'll try uniting my nation by assigning nobles to their land areas and meeting and discussing with all of them.
I will also start implementing the feudalism.
The nobles gather to discuss the implementation of feudalism. However, they note that the realm is disunited, and consolidating control would be very difficult. (Integrity must be at least Stable before feudalism can be implemented, preferably higher.)
