there is a high-rise building. one night, by an unrelated accident, it catches on fire and begins to flame up.
firefighters are on the ground. with extremely quick action, they catch anyone who is forced to jump with nets. the fall lasts long enough for them to be able to do so, even without prior knowledge.
one man however, is the last of those people. only, when he is caught, he is found to be dead, very fresh bullet hole through the chest.
the building is already completely evacuated. the building area where the man jumped from is inaccessible from the rest of the building due to the intense flames. this holds true for all the other people forced to jump. no one can enter or leave this area. (besides jumping out) and only the man was in this area at the time of his jump.
the man was the very last civilian in the building. (civilian being a non-firefighter)
firefighters were already half-way up the building to help control the fire when the man jumped.
make no mistake. the man was definitely murdered. the question is, how?
