oh alright thanks for clarifying

the geneva convention has an article that gives non-combatants (ex. medics) implied protection from enemy fire. you're advised not to shoot them because they aren't armed and it's just morally disgusting, but it isn't a warcrime

wasn't the UN was wanting the entire syrian army and russian forces to cease the (at the time recent) encirclement of aleppo out of nowhere for 'humanitarian aid' or something along the lines

not going to support the russian air force's actions or defend them but this was just dumb on both parts

Why the forget would CIA care?

I am sure you know this and are deliberately feigning this to feed your argument special interest, but:
Russia ≠ CIA

k why would any country care about humanitarian aid? This is war, this doesn't give them 100% immunity from being shot at.

Plus if humanitarian aid is healing your enemy, you might as well shoot the medics too.

that's the first thing i learned in TF2; it's a tried and true method

So you can't really trust civilians in time of war, why haven't they evacuated already?

this is getting pretty syrias
