daily reminder; Riddler was a vegan

i'm gluten free. i'm kinda allergic but i wouldn't call it allergic as i have trouble digesting it and it just goes straight to my head and i start acting weird

i might have gotten some details wrong and this sounds pretty far fetched but it's what i know tbh
(and i mean i am raised by anti-vaxxers who believe some mercury was in the vaccines and also got into my head so just believe what you want to believe)
pageloss

Not on any and I despise any moron who wants gluten and lactose free meals just because. I know legit people who are celiac and lactose intolerant. It bothers the cooks and waiters of the restaurants because of your "picky" stuff.

I've seen restaurants kick some customers out because they orderd celiac meals while showing obvious signs of not being celiac.

That's not how it works

obvious signs of not being celiac.
Like what
What would be "obvious"?

I'd hate to have celiac disease for the sole reason of people lumping me in with the fakers for ordering something gluten free. The actual diet itself would be easy as I already mostly avoid stuff containing gluten, as such foods are usually high carb.

i'm not allergic to dairy but i'm probably intolerant

my sister has a gluten intolerance and so does my grandfather on my dad's side

There aren't obvious signs of celiac disease. Celiacs who eat gluten will suffer from stomach pain/discomfort and have toilet troubles. Celiacs aren't allergic to gluten so they won't turn red or come out in hives.
There's no way to tell if someone is celiac from outwards appearance, unless they eat gluten and you follow them to the toilet hours later.

gluten doesn't "go to your head" by any reasonable sense of the word
It might be the case that you have trouble digesting it, that is a thing that most doctors agree is a thing, but it can't "go to your head and make you act weird." Unless indigestion always makes you act weird.

Celiac disease is an auto-immune disease, where your immune system has a response to gluten.
The effects are feeling bloated, having diarrhea, constipation, indigestion, flatulence, fatigue and stomach pains.

Gluten isn't the cause of any behavioural issues. It won't make you 'hyper' or moody, as you might get with sugar or caffeine.

Obvious in the sense that they had no clue what a celiac is and they've ordered a sandwich previously. You can't become celiac from one meal to the other. That's not how it works.
