I have the diet of a goat

i.e. everything.

Obvious in the sense that they had no clue what a celiac is and they've ordered a sandwich previously. You can't become celiac from one meal to the other. That's not how it works.
No, but you could be trying to work out if you are celiac or not. The symptoms are identical to those of IBS and lactose intolerance. Most people with stomach issues do not know the cause.

In order to work out if you are celiac you have to cut gluten out of your diet and see if your symptoms improve.
And if you find out you are celiac then it's obvious that you would then stop eating gluten.

It's ridiculous of a restaurant/cafe to kick someone out for asking for gluten free. They could just not serve gluten-free and that would be fine.
But if you serve gluten-free and a customer is going to pay for it then it's just crazy to decide that you can judge who can or cannot order it.

Restaurants have a celiac and lactose-intolerance menu made specifically for them. Asking for a regular meal to be made gluten free is a big no-no from pretty much every restaurant here.

Considering that humans are biological herbivores, I try to eat as much veggies as possible. But honestly bbq ribs ftw

We're omnivores by a biological view. Our teeth and guts are designed for both meat and plants.
Of course plant matter should make up the majority of our diet, which it does, if you consider how much cereals we eat, plus fruit/veg on top.

But meat isn't at all bad in the right moderation.

a mix of meat and vegetables are what you should be aiming for, don't just eat one type or you're going to be weaker than a twig.
we're loving omnivores, not herbivores

Considering that humans are biological herbivores
actually, humans are biological carnivores. it supports my choices in some way for this to be the case, so I have consciously decided to pretend that it is

I have a normal diet like normal people. Food ethics are some bullstuff I don't have the time to care about

actually, humans are biological cannibals. afterall, what has more nutrients that all humans need than another human!

well it depends on the human, some humans, e.g. you, have way too much trans fats, although u WOULD feed a lot of people so at least there's that

some humans, e.g. you,
whoawhoawhoawhoawhoawhoawhoawhoa

what are you implying about me?

I'm fine with people being vegetarian for religious reasons or because they don't like meat but if it's to save the animals they're loving handicapped.
