This stuff is legit forgeted up. It's literally legal theft and there's zero you can do about it if it happens to you. They can take your money for literally any reason and then if you want to get your money back, because of the stuff legal system, you have to have your money, sue, the police. And your money is obviously a loving inanimate object, it doesn't get the constitutional rights a person has, and so the police always win. It's forgeted up beyond belief and it's insane nobody's thrown this out with a constitutional amendment.
