just change your password. you might've accidentally stayed logged in on a public computer or something and someone was able to use your account for a bit, if you change your password you should probably be logged out everywhere else

the "secret admirer" signing is probably just a mcjoke. the most likely scenario is that this is just someone that had to use their e-mail and then saw that you were logged in and then decided to have a laugh.
