well it certainly didn't look like he had a gun. even if he did, he didn't point anything at any of the officers. in fact his back half turned to the officers from what i could tell.

basically people aren't going to be happy about this.

It's hard to say. The resolution isn't good enough to say if he had anything in his hand, and the fact that he was shot with his hands down and walking backwards doesn't exactly show that he was aggressive.

This doesn't make it out to be a cut and dry case of shooting an aggressive assailant. It doesn't mean the police were in the wrong, but it's not exactly supporting their point of view.

There's no blood, but it still shows him falling over.

This isn't fallout.

Guns don't really splatter.

You do know that if your hands aren't up you are considered a threat, right?

I didn't say he wasn't a threat, I said that he didn't appear to be overly aggressive.

Uh, thanks for the info, I guess? I wasn't implying that guns caused fountains of blood, but I assume that someone who gets shot might bleed just a little. Sorry about that, I'll keep it in mind next time.

You won't see blood splatter unless it's a shotgun at point blank or a .500 magnum bullet.

Or 10,000 rounds of minigun fire.

You won't see blood splatter unless the bullet goes all the way through, doesn't matter what type of gun it is

thanks for the info guys, i was really worried that i wouldn't be able to wear my nice shirt when i go and shoot someone tomorrow night

I didn't say he wasn't a threat, I said that he didn't appear to be overly aggressive.

He's hiding behind a car and truck with his hands down shifty side stepping with a gun in his hand.

Doesn't matter how aggressive he is, he was planning for an opening to shoot the police.

You can't just assume or jump to conclusions like that.

You can't just assume or jump to conclusions like that.

I can't tell if you're loving serious or not.

It takes half a second to raise your arm and point a gun at someone.

The police saw a gun in his hands. The police told him to drop his gun and put his hands up. As I can see in the video which only shows half the story he had well over a loving minute to drop his loving gun.

If you don't assume or jump to conclusions then you'll loving die. You won't last 2 seconds in a real life situation of the exact same thing.

Watch this loving stuff. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yfi3Ndh3n-g

I saw some guy with a gun in his holster at walmart but I didn't assume nor jump to conclusions that he was going to pull it out and shoot me with it.

The guy in the video had a GUN IN HIS HAND!

You didn't jump to conclusions because that sounds like an average day at Walmart
