i dont see anything wrong with this program. i mean, i don't think you should have to sign up for it. but users who flag and report violating content should get additional privileges to keep moderating, lol.

it's not like tony will be able to take down videos or even do anything unless he shows that he can be a good moderator (which he wont be)
