So it's been a while since I had a good fast, after skipping breakfast today I decided I may as well go for the whole day.

Thoughts, experiences, etc. about fasting and the like?

Why would you not eat for 24 hours voluntarily?

i do this sometimes because im really lazy when it comes to getting up and making food.

I'm assuming this isn't for religious reasons?
And if not, why?

No, not for religious reasons.

Why?  As a test of my willpower I guess.  If I can deny myself one of the most primal, basic urges common to man, I truly am master of myself.

It also forces your body to run a little bit more efficiently for a little while, but that's just icing on the cake.

im faster than you idiot lol

i don't think not eating for a day counts as fasting

im fastening my fasting so hard it's kinda getting too fast on fastening your fasting a bit too fast

I do twenty fasts per hour ecksdee

But yeah good luck I suppose

i've never done it willingly because i love food. the only time i've intentionally gone without eating for a day is back when i had appendicitis and they wouldn't let me eat before my scans and before my surgery.
