If I'm being completely honest, it depends on the waffle and pancake. If it's a homemade pancake compared to a store-bought waffle, I'll probably dose pancake. However, if we compare homemade waffle to homemade pancake, HWOOOOO BOY WAFFLES WIN. So waffles are just inherently better.
