You just don't. It's not like elementary school, where you can get bullied scot-free and there's nothing you can do about it.
To add to the above statement, I've been bullied in elementary for its entirety, 6 years, so I know what I'm talking about.
Try to do stuff like below:

Like you play the forum game normally there, you can do the same everywhere else. If someone is being a jerk without any reason like below:

Then you may have a point complaining. If someone keeps stalking you intentionally just to be on the hate bandwagon, the forums will notice. I may not be longer than a year on the forums, but boy, they
will notice. I've seen it happen.
So, on the Internet, try to make yourself feel less like at a place where someone usually bullies you. Just as long as you avoid the places where it is 99% jerks. No, forumers, this isn't one of them. We're more like 90% instead.
