Upon downloading and Extracting the file you will be greeted with these folders.
Go into the folder labeled "font"
Highlight all the fonts, right click and click 'install'.
Upon installing all the fonts return to the previous section in the folder.
Run the Executable labeled 'mse.exe'.
Click the 'new set' option when you see this screen.
When you see this screen click okay.
Mess around for a while have fun,
Note: in the section below the name area and above the font is special, try with numbers 0-10. (8 is for Stars).
Note: to add a picture click the center of the card.
When you are done click file, hover over export and then click on Card Image.
Then you will end up with something like this:
