with only two possible sets of eyes on most of the data before it goes live, I'm just going to question the authenticity of some of the information. Most of it is probably fine, but as a precaution, I'd take it with a grain of salt.
they have multiple authors and other people that work on this stuff, i really doubt that the two owners of the company do every single article on their own
in addition, they source all their contentions and references so it's not like they're making this stuff up
also i'm pretty sure the snopes article is just proving that the lawsuit exists and providing background information on it, not trying to prove that the rape happened (since this hasn't been proven in court yet anyway)

i agree with the principle you're going by here, but people are skeptical because there's very clear incentive to falsely charging a highly unfavorable presidential candidate with a crime. but yes, it's really stuffty to dismiss someone claiming to have been raped because it's a serious crime, and if it did happen, then the perpetrator deserves punishment.
