building a prison

you are building a prison, beefed up with thick walls, fences, and the best technology (radars n all that jazz), anything to make your base an absolute nightmare to get into if someone were to try and escape/enter unauthorized.

heres the catch: you can put only two extra types of defenses on the base, from barbed wire, electric fencing, a super mega death laser, anything you wish.
what are those two things?

1). Landmines surrounding the entire prison outside the walls with the exception of the road which is protected by a watchtower with the road(s) well-lit at all times.

2). It will be right above a deadly liquid so digging out isn't a wise option.
