Why is Espio calling literally every currency besides pounds "quids"? Even better, why is he using "quid" as an ordinary plural when it's an irregular plural like sheep?
Also; don't forget that America has roughly 0 in the way of food trading standards, the overall quality of served food in the UK and EU is almost certainly higher because it has to be, as such it's more expensive (though I won't deny that it's a bit too more expensive). America also has an overabundance of food and food-related stuff whereas the UK and EU have to import a ton of it, especially considering the requirements imposed by our food trading standards.
